How much advanced notice is required to place an order?

Online orders must be placed a minimum of 48-hours before pick-up. Please always feel free to call or text us at 406-282-1280 if you need something sooner, as we may be able to accommodate.

For grazing tables, we ask for at least a week’s notice, but are happy to get you on our schedule early on if you have a date in mind. Guest counts can be finalized a week prior to your event.

Do you have grab & go options?

Yes! We keep our fridge at The Commons (112 Central Ave) stocked with personal boxes, grab & graze boxes and Classic boxes. We would be happy to ring you up, or if we aren’t at the kitchen, Annie’s Tap House can ring you up….or feel free to scan our Venmo QR code to send payment.

For any larger platters, please order in advance online or give us a call / text at (406) 282-1280.

What is a grazing table?

A grazing table is where we come to you and set up a charcuterie spread along a table, counter or bar. We will arrive 1 – 1.5 hrs in advance, and bring paper to lay down and a variety of stands and boards for the arrangement. We will leave a bag with you to collect any non-disposable items after your event, and ask that you return within 72 hours to our kitchen.

We offer an appetizer portion option, or a meal portion (twice the meat and cheese) and charge per person. Our minimum is 25 people and we have a $50 set-up fee.

Tablescapes include greenery and servingware/tongs. Plates and napkins to be provided by host, or available upon request for a small additional fee.

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date, and this can be done as far in advance as you please! Guest counts can be estimated at the time of booking, and final counts are due to us a week prior to your event.

Do you offer classes?

Yes! We have had so much fun during our workshops and offer them throughout the year. Our charcuterie workshops walk through techniques on cutting cheeses, making salami roses, arranging different ingredients, and tips and tricks to make a beautiful board at home.

Some workshops are themed for holidays, date nights, etc. Come yourself or come with a group – everyone goes home with the board they create during the class!

Check our Order Online Page under Workshops to see the upcoming classes!

Storage and Tips To Best Enjoy Your Charcuterie

Our charcuterie boards need to be kept refrigerated. We highly recommend taking your charcuterie out of the fridge 30+ mins prior to eating to allow the cheese to come to room temperature, which enhances the flavor.

We encourage trying different combinations – our boards include honey, jam, mustard, dried fruits…all with the intention that you pair them with different meats and cheeses to find your favorite!

How do you pronounce charcuterie?

shaar·koo·tr·ee

Start by saying “shark”….like the animal!
